How Can severe Shoulder Blade Pain Be Treated?

For a couple of months now I have had a nagging ache ....sort of under my right shoulder blade. It feels muscular, I have used a tens for some relief. It keeps me from sleep. Sort of seems that holding my breath stops the pain. What might it be? what can I do to get rid of it?

Hi,

It looks like musculoskeletal pain, the pain is usually related to bad constant posture, you need to change your TV watching site or study posture or whatever posture you are sitting for more time.

You can also take muscle relaxants, only after consulting your orthopaedic surgeon. Also, take hot massage it will help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
